How do you price your services? The price our services based on the size of the business we are working with, the scope of the projects we are undertaking, and the complexity of the company’s IT infrastructure.

Is there a single Virtual CISO we will work with? We will generally assign you a cybersecurity team consisting of a credentialed CISO and skilled cybersecurity analyst that is suited to your needs.

How will we communicate with our cybersecurity team? How often will we meet with them?
Our team uses Slack but we can integrate with any communication platform your team uses. We prefer to meet weekly, especially in the beginning of our agreement.

Are you an external auditor/pentester/managed service provider? No, we are none of the above. If your organization needs one or all of these services, we will refer you to the vendor that we believe best fits your needs.
